A couple of weeks ago I was with Rebecca to create a glamour portfolio for her 18th birthday and we had a brief session at one of the locations I use in Huddersfield. We opted for the location shoot as my studio was full of workmen doing various repairs and renovations. As we only had around 2hrs last time, I thought it would be good to bring her back to finish the shoot in the studio using the various sets I have. Turned out this was a good move as Rebecca was far more confident and relaxed and that shows with the images we created this time. We began with some fashion on one of the coloured sweeps before moving on to shoot some lingerie images against a plain black sweep and finished with the bedroom set where we did some gorgeous glamour images. Here is just a small sample of the images but I am sure we will be seeing Rebecca again soon!

Danielle came to the studio a few weeks ago for a chat and to see what I had to offer and on that occasion, we ended up doing a quick single set in the bathroom. The test shoot fired Danielle up so much she;s been desperate to come back and so here she is. The change in Danielle was amazing – so much more confidence in herself than at the test shoot. Its usually the way it works, first time at the shoot or early in the shoot the nerves show but second time around or as the shoot progresses and the girls see the incredible quality of the images and begin to see just how good they look, then the images just flow.
This time Danielle wanted to do some funky glamour shots using bikinis, Ts and French knickers but wearing a beany hat for that boyish edge to the shots. We used a couple of different backgrounds and outfits for this before moving on to the lingerie and boudoir styles. I used tungsten lighting for these shots, real Hollywood movie lights rather than flash (or sometimes I used a mixture) just to give me that classic look for the boudoir shots on the bed. For the shots in front of the French doors, I used the tungsten lights to create the effect of warm evening light spilling through the doors. Danielle looked amazing and was very relaxed shooting in a couple of outfits and creating some really nice sensual feminine images.

Rebecca booked a shoot with me last year just after her 17th birthday and today she was back to celebrate her 18th with another shoot. There’s a lot going on in the studio today with workmen hammering and banging and repointing plus installing a new kitchen, so we headed of to one of my locations to do a bit of a fashion and glamour shoot. Rebecca brought her mum along to act as stylist and make-up artist and I also roped her in for carrying lighting gear into the apartment :¬) We shot a few fashion outfits in the tropical themed apartment before switching to some fine lingerie for a glamour shoot. This was Rebecca’s first time at glamour and maybe the nerves show in some of the images, but we still managed some really cool shots. We only had 2hrs in the apartment so we are meeting up again in a couple of days to shoot a few more sets back in the studio as we originally intended, and I’m guessing that we will see a completely different personality in Rebecca the second time around. I think Rebecca will have much moor confidence and this will be evident in her expression and posing. Rebecca has a great figure for glamour modelling and I’m guessing we will see a lot more of her at Verve Studio over the coming months before she heads off to uni.
